Kia’s new Sorento will be unveiled during the Los Angeles Auto Show

Recently, more official images of Kia’s new Sorento have been released. The new car will be unveiled during the Los Angeles Auto Show and will be the first to be launched overseas by the end of the year.

In terms of appearance, the new car has been upgraded with an upper and lower grille design. The upper grille has a blackened mesh shape and is equipped with semi-surrounding chrome trim. The new car is also equipped with a new headlight set, which has a Cadillac flavor. At the rear of the car, the taillights have a unique shape and there is a large silver guard on the roof. And adopts hidden exhaust.

In terms of interior, the new car adopts the popular dual-screen design, and the air-conditioning outlet is replaced with a through-type shape, and the adjustment knob is moved below the air-conditioning outlet. The steering wheel retains the current color, and is replaced with the latest LOGO in the middle. The new car is expected to be available in 4 interior colors: interstellar gray, volcano, brown and green.

In terms of power, the new car is expected to be equipped with a variety of power sources such as 1.6T hybrid, 2.5T engine, and 2.2T diesel version. The 2.5T engine has a maximum power of 281 horsepower and a peak torque of 422 Nm. The transmission is matched with an 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
